About Us
We are the Beasleys; Jeff and Chris.
Being Classmates in our southern Indiana school system, then both going separate directions after high school, we have become best friends since our 15 year class reunion and were married in October of 2000. We have on son Derek Clidienst, he is married to the former Kayna Miller. We both are outdoor people and have a great love for animals. We live on a 135 acre farm in southern Indiana. We have horses, dogs, cats, chickens and game birds.
Jeff is the hunter of the family. When in season he hunts deer, rabbits, squirrels, wild Turkey, quail and raccoons. In the winter months between hunting seasons he takes the dogs and participates in Upland game bird field trials. Jeff is a member of theUnited Field Trialers Association (UFTA). He is the Vice President of the UFTA.
Chris is the horse lover of the family. She has ridden horses since she was 4 years old. Now we enjoy camping with the horses when ever we have the time. In the summer months I do tuning up of horses for other individuals who just want some time on the horses before they ride them and I do a little breaking for individuals who just want the horse to come aware of the obstacles on the trail.
We both enjoy participation in the Upland Game bird field trials. We have made numerous friends who all enjoy the fun and competition with the dogs. Most of the weekends in the winter months are spent traveling around to the field trials. We have started raising puppies from our dogs that participate in the field trials. We have raised both English Setter, Springer Spaniels and Boykin Spaniels. If you have any questions or you are interested in a horse or dog feel free to contacts us.
